CS Newsletter Service
Newsletters composed from your notes, sent to your lists.
Early access at ainltr.com
Write the notes and add the photos. AI composes a branded issue, you revise it in plain language and approve it, and it goes to your lists with delivery detail for every recipient and a web version of every issue.
From notes to an issue in your subscribers’ inboxes
A person reviews and approves every issue. The AI does the composing; it never sends anything on its own.
-
Write
Describe the issue in your own words and drop in photos or paste image links. Refer to a photo by its label to tie it to a story.
-
Compose
AI sorts the material into stories and events, ranks them, and lays out the issue in your theme, with three subject lines to choose from.
-
Revise
Ask for changes in plain language, such as making the event more prominent or shortening the second story. Each version is kept.
-
Approve
Preview the issue on desktop, on mobile and in dark mode, send yourself a test, and approve it once the pre-send checks pass.
-
Send
Pick one or more lists. People on more than one list are counted once, and each recipient gets exactly one copy.
Composing
The AI chooses content, not design
The AI decides which stories go in, in what order, and which one leads. It never writes the email’s code or picks colours and fonts. A fixed design system does that, so every issue looks like the same publication and the preview you approve is exactly what gets sent.
Flyers and alt text
Every image gets drafted alt text when it is uploaded, including the words printed on an event flyer, and you can edit it. The composer puts an event’s date and place in real text beside the flyer instead of leaving them inside a picture, which helps readers who use screen readers and helps the email avoid spam filters.
Chinese and English
Each issue records its language, and the layout adjusts to it. Chinese text uses the fonts already on the reader’s phone or computer, so nothing heavy downloads, and lines that mix Chinese and English render cleanly.
Your brand
A theme holds your colours and logo. A colour combination that fails accessibility contrast is refused when the theme is saved, which keeps every issue readable.
Sending, and what you see afterwards
Checks before anything goes out
Approval is blocked, not just warned about, until a test send has gone out, the footer carries your mailing address and an unsubscribe link, the links have been checked, and no leftover template codes pasted in from another tool remain in the issue.
Delivery detail for every recipient
The delivery view lists every recipient with when their copy was sent, any bounce reason, and clicks, and it can be searched and filtered. A send can be paused, resumed or cancelled, and failed deliveries retried. Addresses that bounce permanently or report the issue as spam are left out of future sends automatically.
A web version of every issue
Each issue is published as a permanent, accessible web page at ainltr.com, the page behind its view-in-browser link. The web version is public and carries no recipient information, so it is safe to forward or post.
Replies reach you
Issues are sent under your organization’s name from an address at mail.ainltr.com, with your own email address as the reply-to. Replies land in your inbox, and the mail is authenticated by a sending domain set up for it.
Your lists
Sign-up with confirmation
Each list has a hosted sign-up page, and a form on your own website can keep its own design and post to the same list. New subscribers confirm by email before they are added.
One-click unsubscribe
Every issue carries an unsubscribe link that works in one click, with no login, and links in old issues keep working. Someone who unsubscribed or reported spam can’t be added back by staff or by an import; only a fresh confirmation from that person brings them back.
Moving from Mailchimp or Constant Contact
Import a CSV export. A dry run shows who is new, who already exists, who is invalid and who would have been wrongly re-subscribed, before anything is committed. Lists can be exported to CSV whenever you need them.
Finding people
Search a list by the first letters of a name or address, filter by status or tag, and copy or move people between lists. Each contact shows their consent record, their lists, and their history of sends, bounces and clicks.
An image library and short links come with it
One image library for your organization
Photos are downsized as you drop them in, stripped of hidden photo data, and stored in sizes for email and the web. Images are kept for the life of your account, so an issue opened years later still shows its pictures, and any image can be reused in a later issue.
Short links with click counts
Links in an issue are shortened to m.ainltr.com addresses that count clicks. Each destination is checked for scams when the link is made, including lookalike domains, known malware and phishing sites, and chains of other link shorteners, and it is checked again later. A link whose destination turns bad stops redirecting and shows a warning page instead.
Unsubscribe links and web versions are never shortened, and if shortening fails the original link is kept.
How it is delivered
CS Newsletter Service is a hosted service at ainltr.com, not something we install for you. Your team signs in to your organization’s workspace, and one person can belong to several workspaces with a role in each.
Web versions and unsubscribe pages are served from a global network rather than a single server, because the links in email you have already sent need to keep working for years.
Your contacts, their consent records and your images belong to your workspace, and lists export to CSV. If a workspace is closed, its images and files are deleted one year later; reopening it before then cancels the deletion.
We send Cyphia Updates, our own occasional newsletter, with it.
Early access, and what comes next
While the service is in early access, new workspaces are opened on application, and a workspace starts sending after a short review of where its list came from. That review protects the reputation of the sending domain every organization shares.
Next on the roadmap are a report for each issue showing deliveries and clicks, an optional welcome email when someone confirms, scheduled sending, greeting subscribers by first name, and sending to people with a particular tag.
When CS People is ready, newsletter lists will follow membership status, so they stay current without anyone updating them by hand.
