Staff send what they already have: a photo, a voice note, an email, a text. AI reads it in Chinese or English and drafts the record, and a supervisor confirms it. Nobody fills in a form.
Newsletters, funder reports and grant applications are then drafted only from evidence cleared for that audience, and every number traces back to where it came from.

An engine that finds the passages in your own files that answer a question and returns each one with its source. It checks who is asking before it searches, so nobody sees a passage they aren’t allowed to read.
It has no screen of its own. It runs on your infrastructure, and your website or staff tools connect to it.

One place for your members: who they are, their membership level, when they renew, and what they’ve agreed to. Renewal reminders go out on schedule.
Dues are paid through your organization’s own Stripe account, and CS People reads membership status from it, so the money never passes through us.

Newsletters, flyers, monthly and annual reports, grant applications and event reports all start from confirmed evidence. Evidence Core drafts each one only from items cleared for its audience: a public newsletter can use public items only, and a funder report adds the items cleared for funders.
Every draft is yours to edit before anything goes out.
Once it is built, member records will connect to Evidence Core as the people behind the work, and to CS Newsletter Service as mailing lists that stay current as memberships change.
The Knowledge Solution Kit and CS Content Management don’t exchange information with the other products. Each is installed and used by itself.
Two run as services we host, two are installed into systems you own, and one is still planned.

Whichever way a product reaches you, your information stays yours.
An administrator can export the whole organization, every record and every media file, in open formats at any time.
Your documents, the indexes built from them and the record of every question stay inside your own infrastructure, and you own all of them. The engine itself is licensed to you rather than handed over as source code.
Your pages are kept as text and photos, separate from the design, so the look of the site can change later without redoing the content.
Every issue has a web version that stays online, and anyone on your lists can unsubscribe without logging in.
Dues go straight to your organization’s own Stripe account. We never handle the money.
